Time management science for marketers...

The June Harvard Management Update newsletter has an item under the subject, "Resist the Urge to Overreach--and Win Back Valuable Time" -- touting the value of "Manager's Toolkit: The 13 Skills Managers Need to Succeed" from author Paul Michelman. The newsletter item asserts that many of us readily take on new responsibilities without first considering our capacity for fielding them. It seems something within us favors reaching for something new versus handling what's already on our desks, which can confound even the most diligent and organized multitaskers among us.
